Through the years, mentors, guides and coaches supported me in figuring out my tiny next step. They gave me a perspective that I wasn't able to readily see. There was insight and growth when I was encouraged to open the door and take action toward a new beginning and walk into the unknown.
Years ago, when I found myself suddenly having to switch gears from a stay-at-home mom, to life as a single mother in need of work. I had to be resourceful and also rely on my faith, trusting that I would be given guidance and direction. I also had to be open.
Blocking myself from dreaming had poisoned me with resentment and smoldered my spark.
While I was trying to figure out how to support my children and re-establish my own career, I met another single mom. She had just sold her business and was the sole supporter for her kids. Without hesitation, I leaned into my past experience as an employment counsellor and offered to help. It was a productive distraction from my own challenges and reminded me what it was like to support and coach others.
I was thrilled when she got into a funded training program giving her the required certification to launch a new career. Near the end of the program, I coached her on how to be proactive in her work search which paid off. In a short time, she was able to reach out, apply, interview and secure a job offer and was able to start working right away.
To this day, this mom is working in that field while still being able to take care of her children and loves her job. It was such a rewarding experience to support her and see her efforts come to fruition.
After supporting someone, I began to see my own hopes and dreams. I was excited about where life would lead me, and recognized that God was giving me a glimpse of my future and calling me to be a career and life coach to walk with women.
In the meantime, I met another single mom and without hesitation, offered to support her. I was thrilled when she got into a funded training program and then immediately landed a job. This mom also needed help setting up and managing resources for her neurodiverse child who was also autistic which I also gladly supported her on also. I then began to see my own hopes, dreams and spark re-ignite. I didn’t know at the time that God was giving me a glimpse of my future as a career and life coach.

I knew I had to be intentional about creating a strong community for me and my children that would support my goals.
In my search, I came across an online summit for Catholic moms and I got excited about how to start re-building. Interview after interview, I saw women who had a positive outlook on life. They were driven by the love of their faith and their careers, which were naturally interwoven. What made it more inspiring was that these women were able to make their families a priority.
Really?! This was exactly what I wanted, to be a mom who was full of energy and life, working in a fulfilling career and surrounded by a community of faith-filled women, so that I could be a great role-model for my young family.
Seeing this vibrant network of Catholics who were making a tangible difference, I then decided to work with a Catholic business & life coach to re-assess what really mattered to me which was to know myself and to prioritize my faith and my family.

Career Specialist, Life Coach, Consultant, Writer & Mom
For the last 20+ years, I have coached and mentored youth and women, including providing peer support to infant loss moms and families who are neurodiverse including children with autism. I have experience in small business, employment counselling, HR recruitment, job development and ministry work.
Along with career and life coaching, I enjoy collaborating with others, making connections and building community; facilitating faith-led workshops and mastermind groups; writing, and above all, spending time with my children and family as well as my friends.
As a busy mom, I know how challenging it can be to raise a family and manage a demanding work schedule. As a result of overcoming my own struggles, I feel a strong calling to serve by helping women strive for a life of wholeness by pursuing purposeful careers, goal-setting and dreaming, yet making their faith and families a priority.

My passion is helping women explore their purpose, making career and life goals much clearer. In a changing economy, I discovered an effective strategy that far too often gets under utilized...and where true treasure can be found!
I coach women on how to access up to 80% of jobs that are not advertised to find fulfilling work and identify ideal career options. When women and mothers are equipped with effective job search tools and skills to succeed, it impacts the entire family.
I also have a heart to serve women who want to find more balance. My goal is to support women in achieving an integrated life, meaning balance in ALL areas - career, health, finances, friendships, faith and family life. Managing emotions, holding people accountable, fostering a healthy mindset and reducing the urge to compare and compete are examples of the valuable life skills that can be passed on so children learn to grow and thrive too!
Coaching and training is offered from a faith-based perspective rooted in the values of the Catholic Christian faith.
